Sasha is a dedicated creative individual, originally from Raahui Pookeka, who spent five years in Auckland. Throughout her journey, she has studied and worked in various creative positions.
Her education was primarily centered around TV and Film, earning her a Diploma in Applied Animation and a Diploma in Production Design and Sculpting, where she was fortunate to gain invaluable experiences in the TV, Film, and Theatre industries.
Having returned to her hometown, Sasha is eager to share her expertise and skills with the local community. This passion has led her to her current role as Creative Director at Creative Huntly, where she teaches a range of creative skills and fosters the arts within the community.
Sarah Morcom

Sarah has a lifelong background in the arts, beginning with her first piano lesson at five years old. After years of classical music, Sarah switched to contemporary songwriting and widened her skillset to include several styles.
Born and raised on the sunny Coromandel coast, Sarah now lives in Kirikiriroa. In recent years, she completed two degrees at Wintec and The University of Waikato, and worked for a year as a journalist in a Hamilton newsroom.
She now hopes to spread the arts far and wide in Huntly and bring creative opportunities to the community.
